Now, those looking for a
attorney coach can check out our
dedicated lawyer website,
Hot Blue Coaching!
Or you can still request a free consultation from
the original Feroce Coaching site as well.
Finding the right attorney coach is a product of
expertise, experience, and chemistry.
I'm Cameron Powell, Founder of Feroce and Certified
Business and
Executive Coach, and for most clients I offer all
three (chemistry, so ineffable, will take a
free coaching
consultation to ferret out). The attorney
clients with whom I work fit into several categories.
Which one are you?
Not Yet Unhappy.
You are considering a career in the law and want sound
advice on law schools or guidance into your first legal
job, from a new-lawyer's legal
coach
Unhappy.
You want to change careers within the law or --
Really Unhappy -- to leave
the law and want an attorney career coach

You want to grow your practice and want a

Founder and Attorney Coach Cameron
Powell

Attorney coaching is one of
my specialties precisely because I am a coach who has
also practiced law --
in several of its many personalities -- and, unlike many
coaches, I have also
started up and marketed several successful businesses
(both with capital and on a shoestring).
The legal experience I bring to bear in our
coaching relationship includes:
Graduated from Harvard Law School
Summer clerkships with the Attorney General's Office of
Alaska (working on the
Exxon-Valdez spill); the Governor's Office of Colorado; Lafili & Van Crombrugghe of Brussels; Weil, Gotshal &
Manges in Washington, D.C.; and Holland & Hart, Denver
Judicial clerkship, U.S. District Court, District of
Colorado
Trial lawyer, Attorney General's Honor Program, U.S.
Department of Justice
Litigation and Intellectual Property Departments, Foley
& Lardner
Adjunct Professor Intellectual Property, The George
Washington Law Center
General Counsel and VP of
Business Development, SnapNames.com
Solid Business Experience.
After I left the full-time practice of law, I developed
an entirely new portfolio of expertise in business and policy roles
for publicly-traded and start-up companies, did
venture-capital fundraising and business development,
and consulted in search engine optimization and Internet
marketing. See my
bio.
I have special
expertise in the challenges and problems facing
dissatisfied lawyers or those with
business challenges,
as well as the ways and means of getting out of firms, and even
out of the law. See my bio for the full story (with
versions both long and short).
At Feroce we excel at
the unconventional penetrating observation. If I
don't come up with a fresh observation -- some new angle
on your situation that neither you nor your friends have
yet thought of -- your first session is free. Wait
-- it's already free. But I'd be surprised,
nevertheless. In all of our coaching, as in
coaching generally, there's really no such thing as a
discrete area of coaching like "attorney coaching":
sometimes it looks like
business coaching, most of the time it will be
simply life coaching.
You shouldn't want it any other way.

at no extra cost in your coaching, see the
