The Executive Coach: Leadership Coaching for Professionals

An executive coach is a coach for career professionals, usually already high-performing, who want to confidentially improve themselves and their leadership abilities. Read our description of what Executive Coaching is all about.

Whether you think you may be interested in a sales coach, leadership coach, or any other type of professional coach, just ask yourself: is there anyone in my entire corporation (or small business) who can do for me all of the following?

Let me safely discuss (and resolve!) my self-doubt, about people skills, professional competence, and more

Brainstorm with me and advise me on the successful executive’s greatest challenge:  how to approach, handle, or resolve interpersonal issues at work

Let me confide my anxieties and challenges about being a manager and leader

Be a competent sounding-board to help me get better organized around your key business and personal priorities?

Be able to discuss exactly what tasks I need to execute in order to navigate the challenges I’m facing?

Talk candidly and openly about what I need to be more successful at work – and in life?

Knows how to ask me the right questions at the right time – and in the right way?

Make me feel like I’m being really heard — and being told what I really need to hear, without employee or management Groupthink or varnish?

Be able to brainstorm the troubling management issues without my needing to worry that I don’t already have the answers?

Collaborate professionally in a completely confidential manner, unhindered by organizational politics?

What We Do.  An executive coach doesn’t brainstorm with you and then leave.  He also doesn’t stand around and dictate business tactics.  He works with you.  Until not just the plan for the job but the job itself are done.  And he works with your own competencies and skills, weakness and idiosyncrasies, to fashion a personal performance development plan.

And because no good executive coach loses sight of the fact that coaching must be holistic, dealing with whole people is an important part of what we do. We also have substantial expertise in life or personal coaching and do not turn off that expertise when keeping it on is in your best interests.

Are you trying to experience less stress at work, and so think you need a management coach — but have no thought of finding balance in your exercise and diet, meditation or other stress management?  Good luck with that, but rest assured we won’t be taking your money in such an enterprise.  Because we shoot only straight (no yes-man or lap-dogs here), we’ll tell you what you already know:  you’re a gestalt, a complete human being.  To switch metaphors a few more times:  if you plug a hole in only one part of the dam, the others will spring forward with renewed ferocity; or, let’s just say that high performance requires that you fire on all cylinders.

Feroce Coaching’s philosophy is that it is the executive who already knows what he or she needs, and even how to get there.  But that wisdom is often discounted, or hidden, or ignored, or simply not recognized for what it is, by you if not others.  You are the expert.  Recognizing that, we move forward.  Into broader horizons in both your professional and your personal life.
