Christina Winsey,
D.C., L.M.T. (The “I Can” Doctor) is a holistic and
spiritual life coach, family coach, business and
professional development coach, and a weight-loss coach.
She practiced alternative medicine for 18 years, as well
as taught Anatomy & Physiology, before becoming a coach
and speaker. Dr. Chris has pursued extensive
post-graduate education in
alternative
health coaching and related disciplines, including
Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Silva Mind Control,
Applied Kinesiology, Hypnosis, Pranic Healing, Emotional
Freedom Technique, The Power to Influence and
Occupational Health and Safety for Chiropractic and
Industry.
Dr. Chris is an expert in what she calls
“Neuro-Integration” – teaching people how to solve and
overcome challenges through combining cutting-edge,
whole brain technology with “heart”, body, emotions and
the laws of quantum physics.
She is a graduate of the “Take Action Training” and is
currently involved with the Thomas Leonard Method:
Coachville Schools of Coaching. She is a Prosperity
Partnership Certified Prosperity Guide, and has
completed her Emotional Freedom Technique Certificate of
Completion (EFT-CC). In 1998 she co-hosted a coaching television show called “Focus on
Holistic Health.” In August 2005 she and her business partner
began co-hosting a one-hour, live, call-in
coaching radio show called “Take It To The Top.”
Having been on a
 personal
spiritual and growth path from a very early age, and
profoundly intuitive, Dr. Chris’ coaching utilizes a
mind-body-spirit perspective and includes four niches:
● Business
leader and business team coaching to increase
productivity and profitability. Leaders who master
brain-heart integration and who understand both the
tasks at hand, as well as the relationship dynamics of
their team produce the results they want.
● Individuals
(professionals, executives, business owners) either
looking for greater personal prosperity, fulfillment and
achievement,
life balance, or going through a challenging transition.
She also works as a
holistic
relationship coach.
● Families
experiencing discord, stress, and relationship issues
that are causing one or all family members strong
challenges.

Weight Loss Coaching
and Long-Term Weight-Management for individuals who are
committed to diet
and wellness and a comprehensive and lasting
“whole-person” solution, rather than a short-term,
symptom solution, or – quick weight-loss “fix”.
The “I Can” Doctor coaches clients across the country by
phone and email. She lives in Sarasota, Florida
with her husband, three boys (4, 8 and 18), and their
zoo: goldfish, St. Bernard, Kitten and hamster.
Her children have inspired her ongoing personal mission:
to help as many children and families as she can in the
areas of health, personal well-being, achievement and
life satisfaction.
