business - and one category that contains common
resources usable for either.

Authentic
Happiness. Are you happy? This is
what it's all about, after all.
The Wheel of Life. How well-balanced is your wheel? Is it out of kilter?
Goldberg Depression Questionnaire. The vast majority of depression is undiagnosed. If you are unhappy, it may be a good idea to try this test, among others.
Adult ADD Test.
Sure, everyone has ADD these days. It's probably over-diagnosed. Or
perhaps it's just a condition that describes the human condition, which is why
virtually everyone can locate their behaviors somewhere on the ADD spectrum.
But it's a matter of degree, and if you have real problems with focus,
concentration, and follow-through, you and your coach could both better help you
if you are fully informed about your challenges.
An Enneagram Test. "The fundamental premise of the
Enneagram is that each of us has one dominant (not exclusive) energy that drives us in everything we do." The
Enneagram measures our inner geography by primarily examining our inner motivations and secondarily our behavior. The
Enneagram measures the thoughts we think all day, and attempts to calibrate the energy levels we have for different aspects of our lives.

Kiersey

Myers Briggs - The old, and usually misunderstood, favorite. Please know that the results of this test only measure tendencies;
they do not, as people seeking certainty insist on wanting them to, capture unalterable maps of our souls. They are also subject to change over time and, finally, they measure who we
think we are now, which is a critical flaw if you are taking the test
because you don't yet know who you are in the first place. That is, Myers Briggs could do a bang-up job of reporting back to you the false self that you project.
Where would that get you? That said, it's still a useful tool.
