Coach Referral Network

Who else wants coaching clients without spending 25-40% of their time on sales and marketing?

That's how much time the average small businessperson must spend to get clients.  Are you happier coaching than running a business?

Feroce Coaching, the largest and most comprehensive coaching site on the Internet, is growing.  We're adding more and more Affiliated Coaches to our group because we have more inquiries from potential clients than we can answer.  At the same time, the demand for more than just the conventional types of coaching is expanding too.  If you have superior coaching and business skills or a great idea for a niche practice, we’d like to know about it.  If you are relatively ego-free, have a sense of humor, and are endlessly creative and effervescent, well, let us know that, too, because that's what we bring to our clients.

Would-Be
Coaches

If you are thinking about getting into coaching, but haven’t started yet, you’ll want to bookmark this page (CTRL-D) in order to return to it when you’re ready to receive clients.  You should also send us an email expressing your interest and letting us know what stage of the process you're in.  .

Working Coaches

And the rest of you – you should contact us now.  We have an immediate need for the following types of outstanding coaches to whom to refer some clients:

ADD/ADHD coaching - coaches for those with special talents and hurdles

Coaches of color -- we are interested in adding diversity to our coach roster!

At the moment, we have rather less need to add Personal or Life coaches, Career coaches (coaches of seekers in the material world), including coaches who offer career assessments), Spiritual coaches, and Parenting coaches (coaches for parents, teens, and college students).

Because the work of attracting and retaining clients on the Internet requires that coaches learn how to choose their niches, create their positioning, refine their copywriting, and get started in the business of coaching, which is quite different from coaching itself, we generally require that coaches receive 3 paid sessions of specialized business coaching before joining our team.

For details on how we work, just write us at the email below.  Please include the following information:

I.  Your Experience and Niches in Coaching

Note your years spent in coaching (this is not a make-or-break criterion, so relax).  Hours coaching others.  Identify your niches (types of clients) and for each niche, identify your relevant experience with that niche in a way that you would consider most likely to appeal to a potential client reading the information online.  Include the length of time in those fields (this may look much like a curriculum vitae, but you must specify the niches).

If you have a website or other online access to information about you, please provide it.

II.  Training and Affiliations

Include both coach-specific training and any relevant training that implicates the same skill-sets, from therapy and counseling to management consulting and HR.  We recognize that coaching is largely derivative of other professions and borrows from many skills honed outside of coaching, which is another way of saying we don't hold a McCoach mindset.

III.  Business Experience, Business Savvy

Do you have experience assessing the preferences of consumers and crafting compelling value propositions designed to appeal to them?  What about your experience in persuasion or any kind of sales?  If you have an elevator pitch for how you can help someone in coaching -- what you can do for them -- provide it.  In short, while our sell is very, very soft, what experience do you have that would transfer to converting potential clients to paying clients?

IV.  Willingness and Ability to Write and Even Be a Thought Leader

FeroceCoaching.com is a content-rich site and is growing every day.  To ensure quality control, our coaches produce that content in-house.  Are you able to write short coaching articles, tips, and other content on a fairly regular basis?  We'll help with idea generation.

If you are a self-starter and go-getter, and a very good writer, you might wish to make a name for yourself with a blog or even a newsletter or series of autoresponder messages on a particular topic.  Visit our coaching blog.

NOTE:  You may, indeed, you are encouraged to, provide existing content that you have already produced.

If you're interested in expanding your visibility through participation in email mini-courses or ebooks, please let us know that too.

V.  Your Availability

If you have a job in addition to coaching, please describe it and let us know in what ways it could affect your ability to respond to referrals in a very timely manner (within hours of receiving them), to write articles and other content, or to schedule coaching sessions with clients.

VI.  Why Feroce?

What made you decide to write to us?  Why does being part of our coaching team interest you?

Our email:  partners @ ferocecoaching.com (remove the spaces before sending!).
