What We Do.
An executive coach
doesn't brainstorm with you and then leave. He also doesn't stand around
and dictate business tactics. He works with you. Until
not just the plan for the job but the job itself are
done. And he works with your own competencies and
skills, weakness and idiosyncrasies, to fashion a
personal performance development plan.
And
because no good executive coach loses sight of the fact
that coaching must be holistic, dealing with whole
people is an important part of what we do. We also have
substantial expertise in life or personal coaching and
do not turn off that expertise when keeping it on is in
your best interests.
Are you trying to

management coach -- but have no thought of finding
balance in your exercise and diet, meditation or other
