Cameron
My work as a lawyer coach is informed by
the fact that I am a former lawyer who went on to be, in
turn, a successful entrepreneur and then a
business coach. I
have strong backgrounds in business planning, creation,
and growth, and a special expertise as an
Internet business
coach. I coach according to
principles of best business practices, including those
popularized by Michael Gerber in the
E-Myth
books.

I have worked with lawyers and businessmen and -women all over the world to use the coaching process to
identify gaps, set goals, and help lawyers to be
accountable for quantifiable outcomes.
Just a few of the areas in which we've
helped people include:
o
Lawyer life coaching
o
Lawyer career coaching o
Lawyer marketing coaching o
Business
plans -- what, you thought you could just start up,
or run, a law practice without ever undergoing the rigor
of a business plan? o Marketing
strategies
o Business development techniques and presentations o Search engine
optimization -- by far the least expensive, most
cost-effective form of online marketing, period.
o Strategic
planning o Leadership
Coaching o Speech
coaching and effective, persuasive
presentations o
Team-building, including launching and developing
teams o 360-degree reviews of managers and
employees o Developing Internet
strategies and a web presence that's more than just
a brochure

Law Coaching
Hone your skills as a
successful advocate for courtroom or business settings
Learn how to focus on the
key elements of your work so that you don’t waste time
in frivolous effort. I can show you that even the
most complicated looking set of facts can be reduced to
a question that you could literally write on a post-it
note.
Get organized for court,
meetings and presentations.
I can show you how to
prepare for hearings and trials so that your case is
clearly and efficiently presented. Are you worried
that your work is boring to the jury or simply annoying
to the judge? I’ll show you how to hold their
attention and succeed in presenting your case. Is
your audience a committee at work? The same
principles apply. Are you making a pitch to a new
potential client? Learn your personal strengths
and use them to your advantage.
Grow Your
Private Practice With a Lawyer Coach?
Now you're talking about business coaching, or a variant
of executive coaching, depending on whether the focus is
on your starting up or growing a legal practice
(business) or on improving your own performance within a
larger entity (such coaching would be akin to executive
coaching).
What you may want is a species of
business coach, although if you recognize what you need to do in your
practice and still don't do it, we'll get you out of your own way in the same way
we do
as an executive coach.
If you want to grow your law practice or expand your
business development and marketing efforts, be sure to
read about the function of the
lawyer marketing
coach.
