Merrilee Olson-Axtell, a
certified assessments coach, helps individuals, teams,
and organizations identify their strengths and talents.

She began in the
hospitality industry and has over twenty-five years of
experience working with restaurants, caterers, wine
retailers, hoteliers and on-site foodservice.
While at Bon Appetit Management Company, she recruited
top talent for management positions nationwide and led
opening teams for operations across the United States
and in Japan.

These experiences provide
her with a unique perspective when working with clients
facing operational, organizational, and personal
job-related challenges . . . regardless of industry
segment. She has worked with national non-profit
agencies, health-care providers, and manufacturers in
addition to her clients in the hospitality industry.
Sometimes described as gutsy, bold and daring, she
thinks big and works with clients who are willing to do
the same.
