“I
went to Mino at a time of professional and personal
transition feeling uncertain of whether to stay in my
current position or set out on an entrepreneurial venture.
Through my work with Mino I clarified my life purpose,
prioritized my values, and reground myself in my integrity
and authenticity. This foundation helped me to stay on an
even keel at work and increased my performance resulting in
a 300% increase in my income. Mino was a career coach, a
caring counselor, someone who believed in me, and showed me
I have my own answers. Thank you Mino.

“To my amazement, I started seeing
results from coaching almost immediately in the form of
increased efficiency and revenues. Mino helped me work
through the process of (1) realizing that real change is
neither instant nor easy, and (2) motivating myself to work
for the long-term goals I had defined. I am seeing clear
improvements in my focus, efficiency, and income -- we have
not yet reached the end of the year and my gross receipts
have already exceeded last year's by $10,000.

“Mino
has been a wonderful driving force in my uphill battle to
find the right job. I had to overcome feelings of

priorities, pushed me to decode my feelings and attitudes
and focus on my strengths and talents. Mino was right
