focuses on helping teen girls to define their life
purpose and values. We will look at obstacles that
get in the way of achieving goals and making progress.
Together we will design and implement action plans to
create a life that works!

girls ages 12-15 or 6th-9th graders.

Susan is an expert in the areas of family dynamics,
parenting and child development and her unique blend of

She practiced psychotherapy for 23 years before becoming
a coach, writer and speaker. Susan graduated from
University of California at Berkeley School of Social
Welfare. She is a licensed clinical social worker
in Connecticut and Rhode Island. Susan also
completed training with the Coaches Training Institute,
