Will has 25 years of professional experience with non-government organizations, executive leadership, organizational management, community relations, civic engagement, and human development.

Will’s mission and passion is to guide individuals, groups, and organizations in a process of self-discovery and transformation that will un-lock their full potential, and to provide a life-giving environment for professional and personal human development.

Will is a Certified Professional Coach (Center for Coach Training – Portland, Oregon), has a Master of Science Degree – Human Relations & Organizational Development – Univ. of San Francisco and a Bachelors of Arts Degree – Religious Studies – Univ. Cal. State Fullerton, California.

Personal Interests

Will has a passion for cycling, backpacking, hiking, camping, canoeing, kayaking, reading, travel, music (Blues/Jazz).

Will is active in his community as a volunteer for a state-wide non-profit organization, Oregon Food Bank.  Will is also a member of Toastmasters International, Portland, Oregon.

Unique Adventure

Will has traveled to Europe and one of his most memorable experiences was exploring the underground excavations under St. Peters Basilica, Rome, Italy.
