When I enlisted LaVonne’s services  2 years ago I was overwhelmed by so many challenges that frankly, seeing a life and career coach was a kind of last resort for me.  I had just begun a medical leave of absence from my job due to a work related injury sustained in a toxic and highly stressful environment.

I was grieving the recent loss of a parent  who, due to the ravages of dementia neglected her estate and personal affairs – which left me to pick up the pieces.   Within a month of taking on the added responsibility, my close friend and mentor died.  At this point my doctor diagnosed me with dangerously high blood pressure, anemia, exhaustion and a host of other stress related issues for which he prescribed medication.

Working with LaVonne was amazing!!  She listened with compassion and provided tools to empower MEto heal and take control of my life.  During the course of our sessions I learned to rest, reduce my stress,and got off the prescribed medications; I’ve set new life goals and am confident in my ability to achieve them.
